Vegas and New Years

This year I was back in Vegas for New Years Eve and before that was in town enjoying time with my lovely wife Elisabeth, brother Trevor and good friend Craig. We did a little work with a signing at LV Fight Shop with the always sweet Arianny Celeste. In the evening enjoyed one of the best views in Vegas at the Mix. Then closed out the night/morning with some awesome folks from down under! The following day we got a lucky hookup from our friend Richard and went to see the giants battle UFC 141 Brock vs Reem. We capped that night drinking and dancing with Arianny and her flock of pretty friends. The days were spent resting and eating the best thai food at Krung Thai. Finally closing out 2011 at “slots o fun” easily one of the most hole in the wall casinos in Vegas, but also one of the most fun!

My little brother

El Goo Shin, that was his name until age 5 when he came to the USA and became my brother. He goes by Patrick now, and like me, he goes by his middle name.
The photos here are from a class I took in college where I wanted to photograph someones interests. Patrick was into astronomy so in true big brother fashion, I painted him to look like the stars.

Happy Birthday Baby-doll

Today is the birthday of Justyne Nuesser. I officially have a teenage daughter. When Justyne was in 5th grade we went to a weigh in for Bellator in Chicago then to dinner at Harry Carry’s. At this dinner Justyne told me at least 5 boys who liked her. I told her she better stop telling me who likes her, because now I have 5 bodies I will need to hide. Beware future suitors, you better bring your A game!

Meet the Parents

This is an old photo of my mother and father. I really couldn’t ask for better parents. I had one of those childhoods that both my parents taught me the value of hard work and led by example. My mom worked nights and my father would get me up at 5am to pass papers before he would head to work as one of the midwest’s top Toyota salesmen. My mom also started her own business doing what she loved taking care of pets.
January 15, 1998 was a day that change everything. My father died unexpectedly.
My father taught me how to be a man. My mom taught me how to be a gentleman. They both taught me how to be a husband and father.

Arianny Celeste

With the UFC coming to Chicago in January Fight Chix has some big plans. We are working on a signing and a party but before that, we are heading to Vegas for new years eve. We will have a signing at the LV Fight Shop with Arianny.
Arianny is the exotic octagon girl for the UFC. Model, actress, diva, but once you get to know her you find out she is a real sweet heart who feels so fortunate for the luck she has had and works her tail off to maintain and grow in her field.
She jokes about her fame. Stays grounded with a tight knit group of friends and family, and just like any young restless single hot chick, she like to have a good time.
When you see her treat her with respect and remember, she is just like everyone else, she is just way hotter with a bad ass job!

So after a good day at work it’s nice to come home to the crazy house full of action with my wonderful wife and two great kids and this little fur ball. They are all equally happy to see me and I realize what “living the dream” really means.
